The full and half marathon has a max participation and is a Boston Marathon qualifier bringing in runners from all over the world as well as locally. The full marathon starts in Gilsum and the half starts in Surry. Both races end on the campus of Keene State College.
Kids, grades 1-5, who attend schools in the Monadnock Region and Super Seniors, age 70+, will log 25 miles over the summer and run the last 1.2 miles on race day, ending in the quad just in time to cheer on the first wave of marathoners. |
