2016 District 7870 Governor Dennis McMann Speaks to KECR

KECR members offered a warm welcome to the 2016-2017 District Governor Dennis McMann who attended the August 11th meeting with his wife Donna. He is a member of the Nashua West Rotary Club, Nashua, NH. 

 

Dennis is a passionate leader within RI and has been involved in humanitarian projects all over the world. He described one aid trip where he and Donna administered polio vaccinations with a group to over 10,000 children and adults. As a polio survivor, and one who lives with post-polio syndrome, he has a personal interest in eradicating this terrible disease. DG McMann shared his goals for the upcoming year including increasing support to the RI Foundation as it celebrates its 100th Anniversary and expanding support for clean water initiatives.  He recognized the club for its active engagement in the community and spoke about it being an exemplary club within the district.
